Co-ordinating with the marketing activities for all the Marshall Honda, Maserati and Volvo Divisions products and services.

Support of the Franchise Director, departmental management and Head of Marketing to achieve an optimal utilisation of the market, a high level of customer satisfaction and high yields for the department/dealerships.

Support in the planning and co-ordination of all activities regarding the brand gallery.


  • Co-ordinating local marketing measures and internal comms
  • Producing and distributing core marketing reports where necessary
  • Assisting with sales channel concepts
  • Assisting with agencies, suppliers and contacts
  • Ensuring image of company is consistent with that of our represented brand image and corporate identity
  • Co-ordinating the marketing planning processes
  • Co-ordinating the advertising campaigns, sponsorships, online and off-line campaigns, sales promotion measures, events and mail shots.
  • Ensuring all measures and how the company is portrayed concur with national must standards
  • Co-ordinating the co-ordination of marketing measures
  • Co-ordinating the update of advertising material
  • Observing and analysing the regional automobile market and activities of competitors
  • Observing, analysing and evaluating trends and changes on the market
  • Evaluating customer database according to marketing aspects and ensuring the database is kept up to date [in conjunction with the Database Team and Customer Support Unit]
  • Assisting in the analyses, prognoses and scenarios from which can be determined which changes in sales/turnover are to be expected through using certain means of advertising, through price changes, sales promotion measures, etc.
  • Compiling strengths/weaknesses analyses for all marketing activities based on national sales information and evaluating results
  • Analysing replies to marketing campaigns
  • Updating of the Marketing Activity Planner and timely submission of reports and plans to the manufacturer
  • Contributes to the identification of source of enquiry trends/behaviour and lead continuous improvement efforts associated with the role.
  • Increase relevant traffic to our website through its development as well as the expansion of our overall online presence.
  • Provide competitive intelligence of competitors’ online and offline activities.
  • Assist with the content for feeds and snippets in various social media sites.
  • Update and improve product knowledge and competitor awareness in order to increase opportunity for ‘sales’.
  • Promote, at all times, the Marshall Motor Group and respective brand culture of quality and excellence and deliver the brand experience.
  • Develop self in order to maximise personal contribution to the job.
  • Understand the functions of the internet and social media outlets, be able to analyse website traffic and recommend new marketing opportunities.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and have a good friendly written communication and verbal skills.
  • Proactive and able to engage with the online space.
  • Highly adaptable and detailed oriented.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • Capable and driven to quickly learn new technologies and continually upgrade current skill set.

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint (and other Microsoft Office programmes) and Data Management Systems.
  • Travel to the Division's dealerships will be required, therefore a full clean driving licence is essential.
