Truly changing the game with regard to vehicle handling, the new Mercedes-Benz E-Class All-Terrain is ready to leave conventional estates in the dust; improved ground clearance and 4MATIC all-wheel drive puts the new E-Class head and shoulders above the rest, with unbeaten tracks and testing gradients offering no match against its confident piloting.
Innovative safety features and the multi-award winning E-Class interior will also grace the new All-Terrain specification, alongside eye-catching exterior styling; an SUV-style two-fin grille and central star will offer a commanding aesthetic, alongside a striking front bumper which is both lower and electroplated in silver-chrome.
An exclusive aluminium-carbon trim will adorn the All-Terrain’s cabin, with stainless steel sports pedals and floor mats with All-Terrain lettering adding a distinctive edge. Additional designo features will also be available in this special setup, which will be announced in due course.
The Mercedes-Benz E-Class All-Terrain will be released as an E 220 d 4MATIC (143 Kw/194 HP), with a fresh four-cylinder engine. This will be closely followed by a six-cylinder variant, with both models benefitting from the new 9G-TRONIC nine-speed automatic transmission as standard.
The first E-Class All-Terrain vehicles will be received by their new owners in the spring, with the full pricing and specification to be announced in early 2017.
