Position:
CSU Admin Assistant

Hours:
Mon-Fri 9:00am – 6:00pm (Additional hours may be required)

Job Specification:
The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the CSU Manager and our dealerships. This will include ensuring all relevant information received from customers regarding marketing is updated across all of our databases; outbound telephone contact of our Commercial vehicle division with a view to gaining bookings for relevant workshop events including full data capture on every call; distributing manufacturer reports to the network Senior Management and collation of satisfaction scores from customer feedback.

Person Specification:
You will be IT literate including full understanding of Microsoft office especially Excel, you will have a keen eye for detail and regard accuracy as being a key part of any work undertaken. You will be an organised person who is able to prioritise daily workload to ensure all tasks are completed through a flexible approach.
