Position:
Outbound Telephone Sales Executives

We are looking for a dedicated Outbound Telephone Sales Executives to work with our Volkswagen, Audi, SKODA, Jaguar, Land Rover & Mercedes-Benz divisions. The job role will consist of contacting our growing customer database and booking vehicles in for any routine service or maintenance work and any follow up work as required from previous visits to our dealerships.

We are looking for target driven individuals who can work effectively as part of a team as well as individually. You will need to be highly motivated and have a drive for succeeding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A successful candidate will need to:

  • Actively contact our existing customer database and to generate bookings for the Marshall Volkswagen, Audi, SKODA, Jaguar, Land Rover & Mercedes-Benz Dealerships.
  • Advise on and sell any work that is due or outstanding on a customer’s vehicle.
  • Actively work as part of a team as well as individually to ensure all personal and team targets are met.
  • Identify any customer needs and to promote any service contracts or service products that will benefit the customer.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service and to ensure a smooth customer journey at the first point of contact.
  • Arrange appointments on our booking systems for customers and to ensure any needs or requirements are discussed and created as part of a booking.
  • Update our systems and records with any customer information regarding the booking, vehicle or personal details.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

The role is a competitive commission based role and a sales background is advisable but not essential. Knowledge of the motor industry is advantageous but again not essential as we will provide full on the job training to ensure you have the skills needed to carry out this job role to the best of your ability.

Hours:
Mon-Fri 9:00am – 6:00pm

Salary:
Competitive with experience
