The BMW F 800 GS is ready for anything. With tough suspension, a roaring twin-cylinder engine and versatile driving dynamics, this bike is just as comfortable on the road as it is on gravel and dirt. Everything about this bike is Unstoppable. Its state-of-the-art twin-cylinder engine delivers awesome off-road power and incredible responsiveness. Its weight-optimized construction makes it unbelievably agile and easy to handle. And its outstanding chassis performs superbly both on and off-road.
The F 800 GS has undergone a ground-up redesign, with new features including side trim, intake snorkel and an upper mudguard.
Comfort and handling are assured, too, thanks to various ride-enhancing features. The bike's light weight (209kg), reduced seat height and optional Electronic Suspension Adjustment (ESA) system offer extremely responsive handling, and make this model ideal for riders with a smaller frame. The instrument panel has also been redesigned, with new dial faces offering greater legibility than previous models.
The 2014 Adventure edition of the BMW F 800 GS takes an already-popular model and improves upon it in several ways, adding features and tweaking performance to deliver the ultimate off-road biking experience.
The F 800 GS is an Enduro bike like no other BMW Motorrad has made before; an 800cc machine with a full 85hp and torque of 83 Nm; all this while having a fully fuelled, road-ready weight of only 207 kg. There is also an extensive range of special accessories available for the F 800 GS, so that you can make your BMW even more individual.
BMW claims that the F 800 GS will “surpass the expectations of even the most demanding Enduro rider”, and they may be right. The F 800 GS offers an 800cc engine unit outputting up to 85bhp, with 83Nm of torque available. This level of power is achieved despite a road-ready weight of just 207kg, which also ensures that handling is responsive and lively.
The F 800 GS comes equipped with a variety of features designed to keep you safe, no matter the conditions. As with many bikes in the BMW Motorrad range, ABS is fitted as standard. Extra security features include an anti-theft alarm, hand protectors and a taller windshield which protects the rider's face from debris.
Thanks to its adaptable, finely-tuned ride and dynamic looks, the BMW F 800 GS provides the ultimate hands-on riding experience.
