Application Process

  • When you apply for a post, the system automatically responds so that you know we have a record of your application.
  • When the closing date is reached you will be contacted by HR, to let you know if you have been invited for interview or unsuccessful.
  • You may be required to attend one or two interviews at the franchise/location and then an offer may be made.
  • Some roles require a medical check prior to interview.
  • Competency tests may be used at the interview.
  • You will be sent a written offer.
  • All paper contact with you is handled by the HR department in Cambridge.



Frequently Asked Questions

  • What happens after I have applied?
    The system will acknowledge your application by email. Once the closing date has been reached HR will contact you to let you know of the next step.
  • I don’t have a pc at home, how else can I apply?
    You could always try applying via our recruitment site using a public computer, perhaps at your local library
  • Is there any training offered if I do not have all the skills required for the role?
    If you are selected for the role, training will be provided to fit the gap in your skills and knowledge and that needed by the role.
