In accordance with the latest Government guidance, I am delighted to announce that all Marshall Motor Group retailers across Sales, Service, Parts and Bodyshop departments are now FULLY REOPEN (effective Wednesday 2 December). As always, the safety and security of our customers, suppliers and colleagues are at the heart of our reopen plans.

TEST DRIVE, “CLICK & COLLECT” AND HOME DELIVERY SERVICES AVAILABLE

Our sales teams will be on hand to assist you and handle all aspects of purchasing a new or used car, motorcycle or commercial vehicle. In addition to being able to welcome you back into our showrooms and offer test drives, we can provide Zoom/Teams/Video calls and telephone appointments, value your part exchange and organise finance from the comfort of your home/our showroom.

We continue to offer online vehicle reservations, a “Click & Collect” service with a contactless and hygienic handover process and home delivery options are also available on request.

AFTERSALES OPERATIONS (SERVICE, PARTS & BODYSHOP): FULLY OPEN

Our contactless handover, vehicle sanitisation, personal and vehicle protective equipment, timed appointments and social distancing measures, ensure we continue to operate in accordance with COVID-19-secure guidelines.

We will continue to offer timed appointments to minimise social contact and it is important you arrive at our service centres at the agreed time. We will continue to give booking priority to verified NHS staff and key workers.
