The K 1600 GTL provides a touring experience which combines luxury, power and style.
The K 1600 GTL is a stylish and sophisticated touring bike that is comfortable enough to be used every day, as well as on longer trips. With elegantly designed side panels, tank trim and storage compartment, you know what to expect from the K 1600 GTL from the moment you see it.
There are a number of distinctive elements such as the Duolever front wheel suspension and the highly visible straight-six engine, both of which add unbeatable character to your K 1600 GTL
To make your bike even more individual, there are three colour finishes to choose from: Ebony metallic, Light White and Thunder Grey metallic, which means your bike can be styled to suit you.
The K 1600 GTL has a powerful six-cylinder 1,649cc engine that gives a smooth output of 160bhp. The maximum torque of 175Nm at 5,250rpm provides all of the dynamic forward thrust you could need.
The bike comes equipped with dynamic Electronic Suspension Adjustment that will add a new riding experience. The suspension assesses the riding conditions and self-regulates, leading to a very steady ride.
There are also three riding modes that can be used – Rain, Road and Dynamic – to enable you to choose the setting you prefer. So you can sit back and enjoy the ride, while the bike does all the hard work for you.
Every K 1600 GTL comes with a high specification as standard which includes accessible storage space, central locking, an electrically adjustable windscreen, a heated seat that is height-adjustable and a Xenon headlight.
You will find that this bike offers excellent performance in the luxury tour sector. To change settings there is no need to remove your hands from the handlebars, as they have multi-controller handling allowing you to switch between settings with ease.
Select the reverse parking aid to enable easy parking and manoeuvring, particularly on sloping terrain. Other optional extras include central locking, keyless ride and front speakers.
