The BMW R 18 is a powerful cruiser that blends timeless design with modern engineering. Its 1,802 cc boxer engine delivers 91 hp and 163 Nm of torque, offering strong performance and a smooth ride. BMW remains dedicated to the iconic boxer engine—out of pure conviction. With a displacement of 1,802 cc, the R 18’s two-cylinder boxer is the largest we’ve ever built. It generates a peak torque of 163 Nm at 3,000 rpm and delivers 67 kW (91 hp) at 4,750 rpm, making the "Big Boxer" a true powerhouse on the road.
