BYD Assistance is available for a period of 24 months, with an additional 12 months and another 12 months, starting from the date of vehicle delivery.
We offer assistance in the event of an "Eligible Event," which means that the driver is unable to continue driving due to a breakdown, accident, theft attempt, or fire.
