FORD SCHEDULED SERVICE

Ford Scheduled Service intervals are specifically tailored to your vehicle type, engine and transmission based on your vehicle's age and mileage, developed and recommended by our expert engineers and carried out by our Ford-trained technicians.

Regular servicing means you can minimise the risk of major repair expenses, as well as maintaining the efficiency of your Ford by improving fuel economy, and maintaining the manufacturer's warranty. And if you decide to sell your vehicle, a full service history will enhance its value.

What's included in a Ford Scheduled Service?††

Ford Video Check‡‡

See what your technician sees with a Ford Video Check, a free visual report available with all service and repair work sent straight to your phone.

You’ll also receive an electronic report detailing 30 different elements of your vehicle’s health, as well as a competitive estimate upfront for any work recommended by our Ford-trained technicians.

Oil & filter change

Your oil and oil filter will be changed and replaced with every Ford Scheduled Service interval, as well as your Intelligent Oil Life Monitor reset (where applicable). Create or log in to your Ford Account to check your Ford's service intervals.

Digital Service Record

Having a digital service history means you never have to worry about filing your service paperwork again. And if you decide to sell your vehicle on, the service history will stay with the vehicle. You can check your Ford's service history by logging into you Ford Account.

Ford tools & diagnostics

We use Ford-specific tools and up-to-date diagnostic equipment is to ensure quick and accurate fault diagnosis and repair. Your dealer will also identify any outstanding Field Service Actions required to improve the vehicle’s performance.

Air filter check

Blocked filters cause your engine to work harder and emit more CO2, which is why we always check the condition of your air filter during your scheduled service

Fluid level check & top-up**

Our expert technicians will ensure your essential fluids are checked and topped up if necessary, including coolant and screen wash (max. 0.5L each)*.

Transparent prices

It pays to get your car maintained by the people who know it best. Our Ford-trained staff and technicians use a transparent pricing system, offering competitive estimates upfront before you confirm any work is done that offer great value on servicing and repairs.

Ford Service Activated Assistance†††

Roadside Assistance is activated automatically at every Ford Scheduled Service, with extended coverage valid from the date of service for 12 months, or until the next service is due, which ever comes first.
