A FLEXIBLE HANDOVER TO SUIT YOU.

  • You can either collect your new car from the team here, or have it delivered directly to you from your chosen BMW centre– always receiving a full and thorough handover.

  • When it arrives, your new BMW will have less than 150 miles on the clock and at least half a tank of fuel or 80% electric charge.

  • A member of the corporate team will contact you within 48 hours of your car’s handover to make sure everything is going smoothly and answer any questions.

SUPPORT BEYOND THE SHOWROOM.

BMW Corporate Aftersales provides you with dedicated support throughout your BMW agreement, enhancing your customer journey. Our commitment and support are centred on class-leading customer experience and premium service levels to surpass expectation. BMW puts the customer into the centre of everything we do, and our service promise allows us to stay ahead and be there before you need us:

  • Enjoy class-leading response times of no more than 15 minutes for Service or repair appointment requests (Monday-Friday). Service Online Requests will be answered within 5 minutes.

  • If your car needs repairing, the team at your chosen Retailer will triage it within 24 hours to support parts ordering and technician requirements. All follow up appointments will occur within 7 working days, and within 3 days if a warning light is showing.

  • To minimise interruption to your working day, you can access your chosen Retailer’s meeting spaces while you wait for your car, enjoying complimentary Wi-Fi and refreshments.

  • After every Service or repair, your car will receive a complimentary wash and vacuum.
