The BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo (GT) explores a spacious design, whilst combining a sporty feel with a flowing roofline.
A sporty heritage that shines through
The 3 Series GT is defined by its imposing road presence and flowing design. Having a flowing roofline has made the 3 Series GT into a unique symphony of form, space, driving dynamics and capability.
The exterior of the GT offers a distinctive coupé-like sloping roofline, which emphasises its sporting character. This combines with an elongated bonnet and pointed contour give the GT a real dynamic feeing. The rear LED L-shaped lights, help the broadness of the 3 Series GT really stand out.
The 3 Series GT is only available as a five-door variant; across SE, Sport, Luxury and M Sport trim models. If you opt for the Luxury trim model you get Dakota leather upholstery and luxury 18-inch light alloy wheels as standard.
The 3 Series GT’s interior combines sportiness and functionality. It doesn’t matter where you sit, the high roofline and long wheelbase means there is ample room for the whole family.
If you opt for the M Sport trim package, you get a range of M Sport interior features. Your car will have a chunky M Sport three-spoke multifunction leather steering wheel and Sports seats in the front, in black Dakota leather.
The 3 Series GT ensures you will never be short on space. If you manage to fill the boot, you have a 15-stage folding system within the rear seats. When combined with a 40/20/40 split, this means you can still have rear passengers whilst loading all of the family suitcases for your holiday.
Your 3 Series GT is powered by a choice of extremely efficient but powerful turbo charged petrol and diesel engines. The entry-level petrol 320i offers a four-cylinder 2.0-litre turbo charged engine boasting 184bhp, while the mid-range diesel 330d offers 258bhp from a 3.0-litre turbo charged diesel engine. Both models emit less than 140g/km of CO2 and the 330d will return over 53mpg.
The range-topping diesel model combines blistering performance and unrivalled economy. The 335d offers a six-cylinder 3.0-litre Twinpower turbo charged engine, offering 313bhp with an average consumption of 49mpg. The 335d is only available in xDrive, BMW’s four-wheel drive system. This means in the 335d xDrive you have access to all available power, all of the time. The four-wheel xDrive system is available across the 3 Series GT range.
The BMW 3 Series GT is full of innovative technology to make your experience as pleasurable as possible. The GT comes with an active rear spoiler that automatically extends at speeds over 68mph in order to improve stability. In combination with the optional Adaptive M Sport Suspension, which lowers the car by 10mm and allows you to change the driving character by simply selecting a different driving mode, you get the ultimate dynamic performance from a spacious car.
The 3 Series GT is fitted as standard with 18-inch light alloy wheels, DAB digital radio, automatic headlights and rain sensors, cruise control with brake function and Park Distance Control.
