From paintwork to performance and safety, our expert technicians put every Approved Jaguar through a stringent 165-point inspection process. When you buy an Approved Jaguar, our customer promise gives you the reassurance that your car is authenticated and rejuvenated to deliver the most exhilarating drive possible with full peace of mind.
We ensure full peace of mind with our most comprehensive mechanical and electrical component Warranty and can also cover certain consequential damages. Jaguar all-electric and Plug-in Hybrid vehicles also include a Battery Warranty up to 8 years and 100,000 miles.
All Jaguar Approved Used vehicles are covered for 12 months with UK and European Roadside Assistance. This operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and includes home start, car hire, vehicle re-delivery, accommodation and an accident management service.
When your vehicle takes its first or next MOT Test, it will be covered for the cost of repair, replacement and/or adjustment to covered components up to the value of £750 (£50 excess payable).
In the unlikely event that your vehicle has a demonstrable fault that cannot be resolved to your satisfaction – within the first 30 days and having covered no more than 1,000 miles – it will be replaced with a similar specification or a full refund offered.
