1. What is happening with the future of Jaguar? >

The Jaguar Land Rover Reimagine strategy, announced in 2021, outlines that Jaguar will fully reimagined into an entirely new, electrified luxury portfolio.

2. What’s happening to the current Jaguar range? >

As of November 2024, new Jaguar sales have concluded in anticipation of our brand reveal later this year and a product launch in 2026.

While allocation of our current generation Jaguar vehicles has ended, a selection of models remains available for purchase on an Approved Pre-Owned basis. Discover our nearly new vehicles here.

3. What does this mean for current Jaguar owners? >

We are fully committed to supporting our current range of vehicles and our loyal clients. The Jaguar Authorised Repairer network will continue to service Jaguar vehicles, honour warranty claims, provide software updates, and deliver the highest level of client support. Scheduled maintenance, roadside assistance, and Jaguar InControl® Remote & Protect™ services will also continue to be supported. 

We’re committed to looking after clients and their Jaguar 24/7, 365 days a year.

4. Will I still be able to get my Jaguar serviced by Marshall Jaguar? >

Yes. You may notice some changes as we adjust our stores to support Jaguar’s transition, but our Marshall Jaguar Authorised Repairer stores will continue to operate as usual.

5. Where do I go for servicing? >

Marshall Jaguar of course. Our service, MOT, maintenance and bodyshop services continue as normal.

6. Can I use my local Range Rover / Defender / Discovery store for servicing? >

Yes. You can be assured that Jaguar Land Rover stores will continue to service Jaguar products, honour warranty claims, provide software updates and offer the highest level of client support.

7. Will my Jaguar still get software updates? >

Yes. Updates will be sent to your vehicle as they become available, including the latest anti-theft measures.

8. Will my warranty and/or service plan still be valid? >

Yes. There will be no disruption to your warranty, extended warranty, and/or service plan. You can continue to use your service plan at any store that services Jaguar vehicles.

9. Can I still buy an extended warranty and/or renew my service plan? >

Yes. Jaguar is dedicated to supporting clients and providing an exceptional ownership experience. Extended warranties and service plans are available to buy from Marshall Jaguar.
