As part of the Jaguar Land Rover Reimagine strategy, which underpins its journey to carbon net zero by 2039, some changes to its retail network are necessary and we in turn are reconfiguring our Jaguar, Defender, Discovery and Range Rover sales and service operations effective from Monday 11 November 2024.
Maintaining the highest levels of service and support throughout your ownership experience is our priority and it is our commitment to you that these changes will be made with as little disruption and inconvenience as possible.
Please note, that as part of the transformation, Jaguar has ceased new car sales of all models ahead of the launch of its new brand and portfolio. Until Jaguar’s new models are available to order, all Jaguar sales are limited to Approved Pre-Owned vehicles. For information on Jaguar’s renaissance, see www.jaguar.co.uk
Jaguar New Car Sales operations for Cheltenham & Gloucester, Ipswich, Leicester, Lincoln, Newbury & Peterborough will close and respectively transfer to Cambridge & Oxford.
Land Rover New Car Sales operations for Melton Mowbray, Newbury & Peterborough – will respectively transfer to Leicester, Oxford & Cambridge.
Approved Pre-Owned Sales operations for Melton Mowbray and Peterborough – will respectively transfer to Leicester & Cambridge and the stores will become a
Marshall Approved Used Store.
Jaguar & Land Rover Service, Parts, Trade Parts & Bodyshop operations – (all sites) no change.
