You can rely on our roadside assistance, whatever the situation, wherever you happen to be in the UK and Continental Europe. All we ask is that your car is under warranty.

Our four-hour guarantee

A Jaguar-trained technician can usually solve the problem at the roadside. If not, we’ll take your car to a Jaguar Authorised Dealer. If your car still can’t be repaired within the next four hours, we organise and pay for your onward travel. And if you’re more than 50 miles from home, we’ll pay for your hotel accommodation.*

When you call, we’ll ask you for:

• Your name
• Your location
• Your registration number or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
• A brief description of the incident
• A contact telephone number

If your car has been involved in an accident, we’ll also ask you to describe the damage and tell us the details of anyone else involved.
