Jaguar Land Rover Limited is a credit broker and not a lender. Jaguar Land Rover Limited introduces you to a Retailer which acts as a credit broker in its own right. That Retailer may go on to introduce you to Land Rover Financial Services, a trading style of Black Horse Limited as lender. Jaguar Land Rover Limited may be paid a share of some of the income generated by Land Rover Financial Services as a result of this introduction. Any payments that Jaguar Land Rover Limited may receive are not extra fees that you have to pay, but may be factored into the charges that you will have to pay under your finance agreement.

With Personal Contract Purchase (PCP), once you have paid all of the regular monthly repayments you have the option to:

Return the vehicle and not pay the Optional Final Payment. If the vehicle has exceeded the permitted maximum mileage an excess mileage charge will apply. If the vehicle is in good condition (fair wear and tear accepted) and has not exceeded the permitted maximum mileage you will have nothing further to pay;

Pay the Optional Final Payment to own the vehicle or,

Part exchange the vehicle subject to settlement of your existing credit agreement; new credit agreements are subject to status.

**Representative Example relates to a Range Rover 26MY D300 SE 5.9% APR Representative available on Range Rover Sport models ordered between 1st October 2025 to 31 December 2025, and registered by 31 December 2025, at participating Retailers only. With Land Rover Personal Contract Purchase you have the option at the end of the agreement to: (1) return the vehicle and not pay the Optional Final Payment. If the vehicle has exceeded the permitted maximum mileage a charge per excess mile will apply. In this example if the vehicle has exceeded the permitted maximum mileage of 40,833 miles, a charge of 16.8p (including VAT at 20%) will apply per excess mile. If the vehicle is in good condition (fair wear and tear accepted) and has not exceeded 40,833 miles you will have nothing further to pay. (2) pay the Optional Final Payment to own the vehicle or (3) part exchange the vehicle subject to settlement of your existing credit agreement; new credit agreements are subject to status. Representative Example is based upon an annual mileage of 10,000 miles. Credit is subject to status and only available to UK residents, aged 18 and over.
