Should the unexpected happen, our certified technicians at Authorised Repair Centres will have you back on the road quickly - using Genuine Parts at no extra cost.

ANTI-CORROSION WARRANTY

If any part of your vehicle’s bodywork shows corrosion, our Approved Service Centres will repair or replace the affected panels at no cost to you. This protection lasts for six years from the day you take delivery of your new vehicle.​

PAINT SURFACE WARRANTY

Your Paint Surface Warranty begins alongside your Manufacturer’s Warranty and lasts for three years. If any defects appear in the paint finish - or arise from the way it was applied - our Approved Service Centres will take care of the repairs for you.​

PARTS AND ACCESSORIES WARRANTY

Any Genuine Parts or Accessories fitted or supplied by a Retailer or Approved Service Centre are fully covered under your Manufacturer’s Warranty, provided they’re purchased within one month or 1,000 miles of your vehicle handover.

Outside this initial period, you’ll still enjoy peace of mind with a 24-month warranty for repair or replacement.

WHAT'S EXCLUDED FROM YOUR WARRANTY?

Your warranty is as dependable as your vehicle, but it doesn’t include items that require routine adjustment or replacement during normal servicing and maintenance. Similarly, coverage does not extend to repairs or replacements needed as a direct result of:​

NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR

Including instances where the vehicle has not been maintained in accordance with Land Rover’s official service schedules and maintenance guidelines.​

USE OF INCORRECT FUEL OR PARTS 

For instance, using petrol in place of diesel, or failing to use Land Rover-approved parts and fluids (or components of equivalent quality).​

DAMAGE RESULTING FROM NEGLECT, ACCIDENT OR IMPROPER USE

This includes any unauthorised modifications to the vehicle or its components - changes made outside Land Rover’s approved specifications.​

OTHER EXCLUSIONS 

Your warranty does not extend to inconvenience, loss of mobility, time, or any incidental or consequential damages that you - or others - may incur due to a defect that is otherwise covered.​

EXTEND YOUR WARRANTY

Enjoy complete peace of mind even after your initial three-year Manufacturer’s Warranty ends. You can purchase an Extended Warranty while your vehicle is still covered under its original warranty - or within one month of its expiry.

If this window has passed, a full vehicle inspection will be required before an Extended Warranty can be issued.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

If you need to make a claim for repairs under the terms of Manufacturer’s Warranty, visit your Approved Service Centre. If you need a repair while you’re in Europe, you don’t need authorisation from us.
