​Real and digital worlds become one. The optional head-up display with augmented reality improves safety and comfort in equal measure. 

The optionally available MBUX Interior Assistant registers those sitting in the front seats. It interprets their movements and reacts attentively. For example, the reading light can be switched on and off without touching it. The panoramic roof also opens and closes without you having to operate a button.​

The homescreen has been completely re-imagined in the EQS. You can now perform 80% of the most frequent interactions directly without switching apps. The system reacts based on the situation, learns from your decisions and provides anticipatory suggestions.​​

Comfort in unbelievable silence.

One of the features that makes the EQS from Mercedes-EQ so special is completely invisible. The specially developed electric platform is designed to heighten your levels of comfort. One of the features includes being able to reduce driving noise whilst inside the car. The result is an especially quiet experience in which you can sit back and enjoy the new standards of innovative comfort set by the EQS.

AIRMATIC​

The AIRMATIC air suspension offers an outstanding ride even on difficult ground. The level control is automatically adjusted according to the load of the car as well as your speed.

Rear-axle steering

The EQS offers superior roadholding, stable handling and agility - even at high speeds - thanks to its rear-axle steering featuring a steering angle of up to 4.5 degrees as standard. The wheelbase of the EQS is shortened and turning angle reduced making the car highly manoeuvrable in situations when you need it most such as entering and leaving parking spaces.

Driving Assistance Package Plus​

Thanks to the intelligently connected sensor systems, you can enjoy the various advantages of partially automated driving. Numerous driver assistance systems support you as the situation requires. It can warn you if there is a risk of collision and even intervene if necessary. 

The Driving Assistance Package Plus is part of the optional Advanced Plus Package.
