​F1 hits the highroad with the Mercedes-AMG Project ONE.

The Mercedes-AMG Project ONE met an eager audience at the International Motor Show in Frankfurt this year, showcasing true motorsport dynamics for the roads of your everyday.

Featuring two seats and a full suite of Formula 1 hybrid technology, the Project ONE has an incredible power output of over 1000 hp, with a top speed breaking a blistering 350 km/h.

Tipped to be priced at a cool 2.3m Euro, the sleek hypercar is roused by a 1.6-litre petrol V6 with direct injection, as well as being assisted by an 80kw electric motor; the motor itself works to re-circulate excess exhaust energy, adding juice to the hybrid battery. Cruising in all-electric mode with just the front axle engaged will offer 25km of clean-conscience driving, but if you fancy something a little more dramatic, the Project ONE won’t let you down; a ‘dynamic’ driving mode offers the same settings used in F1 to produce qualifying lap times.
