Mercedes-Benz have received a top accolade from this year’s Experteye awards, being named as the Best Fleet Dealer Network for aftersales care.
Nominated by company car drivers, this is the second time that Mercedes-Benz have walked away with the prize, with the feedback from voters leaving the result as little surprise. Commended for exceptional service across vehicle delivery, maintenance, vehicle breakdown management and use of pool vehicles after accidents, Mercedes-Benz provide exceptional cover for all eventualities during the use of a fleet car.
The winning feedback was gathered from surveys of over 60,000 drivers of vehicles leased during 2016, with the brand’s performance putting them miles ahead of the competition.
