Mercedes-Benz store servicing combines unrivalled technical expertise with exceptional customer care, outstanding value, and complete peace of mind. Depending on the age or mileage of your Mercedes-Benz, your store will carry out an ‘A’ or a more comprehensive ‘B’ service. Either way, they’ll only change parts when they’re scheduled for replacement and will always give you written confirmation of the work carried out.
What's included in your service?
When our expert technicians inspect your vehicle, they provide you with a personalised film outlining your visual health check and the work required. This is otherwise known as StarView and rest reassured no work will be carried out without your approval.
Once approved, you will receive a quotation for a service made up of two parts: Routine Maintenance and Recommended Additional Items*. Routine Maintenance includes a full inspection plus those items needed at every service such as oil/filter change. A more thorough ‘B’ service will also involve elements such as a brake test and headlamp alignment.
Recommended Additional Items ensure your car operates to an optimum level and are determined by your vehicle’s age and mileage.
We know that your time is precious. That's exactly why Marshall Mercedes-Benz has introduced an Express Servicing option which provides you and your vehicle with double the attention for half your time. Two of our highly trained, manufacturer-certified technicians will service your car with expert speed and efficiency, meaning that the service time is halved.
Our Express Servicing option usually takes between one and two hours to complete depending on the service your vehicle requires, allowing you to relax in our Mercedes-Benz lounge*. Rest assured that you can expect the same high standards and outstanding customer service, no matter what time of the day you visit, including:

The flexible choice for when you want to get on with your day. With Drop&Go we can fit in with you with the minimum of fuss; drop off your Mercedes-Benz any time between 8-10am, leave the keys with us. We will have it ready to go again for you to collect any time from 4.30pm until we close.
Lounge by name, lounge by nature. Relax in one of our new and modern waiting areas designed to suit your needs perfectly. Enjoy our free WiFi, newspapers and TV. Plus, our Kids' Zone will keep even our smallest customers amused.
With our Drive option, we keep you mobile by providing you with a Mercedes-Benz loan car whilst we work on yours. We can greet you any time between 8-11am and get you on your way again in next to no time. We’ll have your car waiting for you when you return by 6pm.
