Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the following offers (each a “Promotion” and together the “Promotions”): One Year Free Car Wash, Free Hotel Break Voucher. By participating in any Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

General Eligibility (applies to all Promotions)
The following eligibility criteria apply to all Promotions Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Retail customers only – excludes business, fleet, leasing, and Motability customers. Employees of OMODA & JAECOO UK Ltd, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with a Promotion are excluded. Promotions are available only at participating OMODA & JAECOO retailers click the link here and enter your postal code to view the three nearest participating dealers. Offers are non‑transferable, non‑refundable, have no cash alternative, and cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion without notice.

*One Year Free Car Wash
Qualifying Activity: Complete a test drive of a new OMODA or JAECOO vehicle during the VIP Rewards Event (11–16 September 2025) at a participating retailer. Reward: Unique IMO Car Wash promo code for 12 x IMO ‘Wash 3’ car washes via the IMO app. Redemption: Code emailed within 5 working days of qualifying test drive; Download IMO app, register, and add your code; Present in‑app voucher at participating IMO sites. The 12 Free Car Washes are valid until 31 October 2026. You must claim your first wash by 31 October 2025 and your last wash by 30 September 2026. If you do not claim your first car wash by 31 October 2025, you will forfeit the entire 12 car wash allowance. Subject to participating IMO location availability. We are not responsible for IMO service quality.

**Free Hotel Break Voucher

Qualifying Activity: Purchase and register a new OMODA or JAECOO model between 11–16 September 2025, with delivery and registration completed by 30 September 2025. Purchaser must be the registered keeper. Reward: Voucher for a two‑night stay via countryhotelbreaks.com: Option 1 – Two adults, B&B, with dinner (main course) on one night; or Option 2 – Two adults and two children under 12, B&B only. Redemption: Apply at jaecooreward.co.uk by 15 October 2025 and complete the online application. You will need to provide: Your OMODA or JAECOO vehicle registration, First name and surname, Email address, Home address, Contact telephone number, Proof of identification. Upon successful verification, a Free Hotel Break Voucher will be sent to the email address provided within 7 working days. The voucher will include a unique voucher code and instructions on how to book your stay via our hotel reward provider, countryhotelbreaks.com. Book by 30 June 2026 and stay by 30 September 2026; Public/bank holiday restrictions apply; subject to hotels’ availability. The free hotel break voucher may not be valid for bookings over public or bank holiday weekends/periods. Hotel bookings are subject to promotional availability. If you are unable to find a suitable option online, the countryhotelbreaks.com reservations team can assist you directly. Alternative hotel stay packages may be offered by countryhotelbreaks.com; supplements may apply at some participating hotels. Participating hotels are subject to change without notice. Upon confirmation of a booking, you will receive a booking confirmation from countryhotelbreaks.com to the email address provided. Booking cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations within 7 days will result in forfeiture of the voucher. No cash refunds apply.
