Our commitment to you doesn't end when you purchase your vehicle. All Approved Used vehicles under 6 years old come with a comprehensive warranty that protects the investment that you've made in your vehicle. So you'll be back on the road as soon as possible.
To get your business what it needs, we make sure all our Approved Used vehicles are ready to go. Our expert technicians make 141 mechanical, electrical and visual checks to ensure the health of every vehicle. Any faults are fixed using genuine Volkswagen approved parts. Before you ever see your vehicle, it will have had a full road test and valet so you know it’s all set to work for you.
Keeping you on the road, around the clock. Every used van comes with a comprehensive 24/7 breakdown and recovery service, as part of the Approved Used Warranty. If you need us, we’ll come out to help anywhere in the UK, and in most of Europe. The service also covers assistance at home, at work, vehicle recovery and, if necessary, onward travel.
All our Approved Used vehicles now come with complimentary MOT Cover. MOT Cover will provide insurance for up to 12 months, depending on the age of the vehicle and will cover the cost of repairs for up to £750 if your vehicle fails its next MOT. You will need to pay the first £10 towards any claim (the excess).
Don’t worry about any hidden surprises. We've already run all your paperwork checks, including registration, VIN, service history and mileage. We also review the vehicle's history, through HPI or Experian, for any outstanding finance, reports of plate transfer or record of theft. We'll also provide you with a certificate to confirm all the checks to provide you with complete peace of mind.
We know the impact vehicle downtime can have on your business, so in the event that you do breakdown, and depending on the circumstances, onward travel may be available through Volkswagen Roadside Assistance or courtesy van hire through your Warranty. It's just another way that we are working with you to keep you moving.
If you realise that your Approved Used vehicle doesn’t quite work for your business, or you’re dissatisfied in any way, you can exchange it for another of the same or higher value (you’ll have to cover the difference). The vehicle must be in the same condition as originally collected and the Van Centre you bought the vehicle from must have stock available for the exchange. If the vehicle is under 3 years old, you’ll need to return it within 30 days or before you have driven 1,000 miles in the vehicle. If it’s over three years old, you’ve got seven days to return it and the 1,000 mile limit still applies. Other terms, conditions and restrictions apply.

And to make it even more affordable, we'll take your current vehicle in part exchange, regardless of age or mileage.
There is a comprehensive selection of accessories you can add to your used vehicle. Transport equipment such as roof bars and tow bars are available, alongside safety features like bumper protectors. Infotainment options even include dashboard cams for extra peace of mind.
All accessories come with our seal of approval for quality, and many also include a two year warranty.

1. Valid for vehicles up to 6 years old and up to 100,000 miles at point of activation. 12 months’ Warranty and Roadside Assistance applies to vehicles up to 3 years old. Vehicles aged 3 - 6 years will receive a minimum of 6 months’ Warranty and Roadside Assistance. MOT Cover is underwritten by UK General Insurance Ltd on behalf of Watford Insurance Company Europe Limited and administered by Lawshield UK Limited
2. Dependent on source, some Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles may have had multiple users as part of a fleet and/or previous business use. In order to meet the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Approved Used requirements, all vehicles are inspected and certified by our trained Commercial Vehicle Technicians to the same exacting standard regardless of source. For further details, please consult your local Volkswagen Van Centre.
3.Vehicles under 3 months old go through a visual health check.
4. Vehicle data, mileage and history checks are not applied to vehicles registered in the Isle of Man.
5. Only available at the Van Centre supplying the original vehicle. As long as the vehicle is returned in the same condition as when collected, the vehicle has not covered more than 1,000 miles from purchase, and the customer pays any additional balance. Vehicles under three years old must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Vehicles over three years old must be returned within seven days of purchase. This does not affect consumers’ statutory rights.
