Hello Chery, Hello Summer – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the following promotions (each a "Promotion") organised by Omoda & Jaecoo UK Ltd, trading as Chery UK (the "Promoter"), company number 15203898, registered office: Building 4, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5YE.

(1) Exclusive Event-only Offers – Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Exclusive Event-only Offers ("Promotion") provided by Chery UK to eligible customers.

Offer Details:

Eligible customers can claim Exclusive Event-only Offers at their local participating retailer when they book at the Exclusive Event-only Offers Event from 20th August 2026 – 24th August 2026. Eligible customers may receive one or more promotional offers available only during the Event, details of which will be provided at participating retailers.

Eligibility: To qualify for the Promotion, you must meet the following conditions (collectively referred to as the "Eligibility Criteria"):

• Be a resident of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland).
• Retail customers only – excludes business users, leasing, and Motability customers and Chery UK employees, dealers, it’s agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this promotion.
• Purchase a TIGGO 4, TIGGO 7, TIGGO 8 or TIGGO 9 20th August 2026 – 24th August 2026.
• 0% APR, Nil Deposit and £500 test drive voucher apply to TIGGO 7 CSH and TIGGO 8 CSH only

  • Representative Example based on 8,000 miles per annum. Nil Deposit. Credit available subject to status.

  • With Personal Contract Purchase, once you have paid all of your regular monthly repayments you can either 1) Pay the Optional Final Repayment and own the car. 2) Part exchange the car for a new one (subject to settlement of your existing agreement, new agreements are subject to status). 3) Return the car to Creation without paying the optional final repayment. Providing you've not exceeded the maximum agreed mileage and the car is in good condition (fair wear and tear accepted) you will have nothing further to pay. If the vehicle has exceeded the maximum agreed mileage then a charge of 9p+ VAT per excess mile applies.
  • Offer is valid from 20/08/2026 until 24/08/2026. Offers may be varied or withdrawn at any time.

• Vehicle must be delivered and registered by 30th September.
• Be the person purchasing or financing (as applicable) the vehicle.

Chery UK reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

General Conditions

• Event-only offers are available only during the Promotion Period and are subject to availability.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Attention

• These Promotions are available only at participating authorised Chery retailers in the United Kingdom.
• Personal data collected in connection with the Promotions will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.

Prize Terms and Conditions

1. This prize entitles the winner to a 10-night holiday to the Hard Rock Hotel, Riviera Maya, from thomascook.com. Holiday prize is for 2 adults and 2 children aged up to 17 years old, staying in a 2 Bedroom Deluxe Hacienda Family Room on an All-Inclusive basis, with return flights from London Heathrow or Gatwick. Prize includes hotel transfer and up to 23kg hold luggage per person, each way.
2. The holiday prize is valid for UK households only.
3. The holiday prize winner will be contacted directly (via email) to arrange their holiday booking.
4. By participating in this Prize Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the prize communications.
5. By participating in this Prize Promotion, the details you provide via email, will be processed by our third-party partners (Grace & Courage Ltd and thomascook.com) to issue and book the holiday prize.
6. The Hard Rock Hotel, Riviera Maya holiday prize booking is strictly subject to availability. Alternative booking dates and/or hotels will need to be considered should a preferred option not be available at the time of booking.
7. Certain restrictions may apply to your holiday booking.
8. The Hard Rock Hotel, Riviera Maya holiday prize will be valid for bookings made by 31.03.27 for departures no later than 30.05.27.
9. Prize winners are responsible for their own Travel Insurance cover when taking advantage of the holiday prize.
10. Once a prize booking is made and confirmed, no changes will be possible and should it need to be cancelled for whatever reason, a new booking cannot be made.

(3) Test Drive Summer Pack – Terms and Conditions

Offer Details:

Eligible customers can claim a Free Chery Summer Pack at their local participating retailer when they book at the Hello Chery, Hello Summer Event from 20th August 2026 – 24th August 2026.

Eligibility: To qualify for the Promotion, you must meet the following conditions (collectively referred to as the "Eligibility Criteria"):

• Be a resident of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland).
• Be aged 21 or over and hold a valid driving licence accepted by the participating retailer for a test drive.
• Retail customers only – excludes business users, leasing, and Motability customers and Chery UK employees, dealers, its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this promotion.
• Customer must arrive on the booking time and date to qualify for the Chery Summer Pack. Details of the contents are available at participating retailers.
• Be the person booking and completing the test drive through the event.
• Only one Chery Summer Pack reward will be issued per completed Test Drive.

Chery UK reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from or in connection with them.

• The Summer Pack is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
• The Promotion is available while stocks last.
