Hyundai Roadside Assistance Programme available at Marshall Hyundai in Ashford, Canterbury, Gatwick, Gloucester, Hereford, Maidstone & Worcester.

If your Hyundai experiences a breakdown, you're entitled to complimentary roadside assistance for 12 months from the registration date for all models (excluding the IONIQ 5 and 6). For the IONIQ 5 and 6, this coverage extends to 24 months from the registration date.

24 hour roadside assistance​

​Round-the-clock roadside assistance is available whenever you need it, anywhere across the UK or Channel Islands. If your vehicle can’t be repaired on the spot, our Onward Travel^​1 cover ensures you’ll still make it home.

​^​1Excludes vehicles used as a taxi, for private hire or as a driving school vehicle, whether full or part-time.

​Enjoy the advantages of free Hyundai Roadside Assistance through Service Activated Roadside Assistance. When your vehicle is serviced at an authorised Hyundai repairer following the recommended service schedule, an additional 12 months of cover is provided for all models (excluding the IONIQ 5 and 6), or an additional 24 months for the IONIQ 5 and 6, starting from the service date.​

Included with Roadside Assistance

• Coverage.- UK and Channel Islands
• Roadside Assistance - If you break down more than 0.25 miles from home, we’ll do our best to repair your vehicle on the spot.
• Roadside Recovery - Should we be unable to fix your car, it will be transported to a nearby Hyundai retailer or a destination of your choosing.
• Home Start - If you experience a breakdown at home or nearby, we’ll work to repair your vehicle or arrange for it to be taken to a local Hyundai retailer.
• Onward Travel - We will offer a replacement vehicle for up to two days, provide overnight accommodation, or reimburse any public transport expenses you incur.

Not included with Roadside Assistance

• Self-induced faults - Wrong or insufficient fuel or AdBlue (urea), or if your keys are locked inside or lost.
