During the service

We will:

  • Ensure that all work on your vehicle is carried out appropriately by highly trained Hyundai technicians.
  • Notify you promptly when your vehicle is ready for collection.
  • Use only genuine Hyundai parts, each backed by a two-year warranty with no mileage restrictions.
  • Only replace additional parts with your approval and permission.
  • Offer professional advice if we identify any parts that may need replacement.
  • Inspect for any updates recommended by Hyundai and complete these at no additional cost.


When you collect

We will:

  • Take the time to go over the invoice with you in detail, ensuring you fully understand the work that has been completed on your vehicle. We’ll clearly explain each item so you have complete confidence in the care your vehicle received. This way, you’ll leave with peace of mind, knowing exactly what’s been done and why.


Following your visit

We will:

  • Make every effort to contact you within three days of your visit to check on your satisfaction and gather feedback, helping us to continuously enhance the quality of service we provide.

Choosing the most cost effective way to care for your Hyundai doesn’t have to be difficult. If your Hyundai is beyond its 5-year warranty, you can take advantage of our Fixed Price Servicing options.

Our Core Service starts from £199 and includes a free visual health check along with an oil and filter change. For more comprehensive care, choose our Major Service from £299, which includes additional checks, plus parts and fluid replacements. If needed, you can also add an MOT for just £40.

Whichever option you choose, we’ll provide a year of free Roadside Assistance as a thank-you for trusting Hyundai with your vehicle’s care.

Our expert technicians are thoroughly trained to inspect every detail of your Hyundai, maintaining top standards and exclusively using Hyundai Genuine Parts. They’ll also update your vehicle’s software to ensure everything is running smoothly and efficiently.
