Mercedes-Benz Vans UK are excited to introduce a brand new national TV advert, challenging perceptions of van drivers and celebrating Britain’s thriving businesses.
United by the use of Mercedes-Benz Vans at the core of their operations, the brand’s first-ever televised ad will feature an array of commercial vehicles, across a host of different industries; from the taxi at the end of the night, to the ambulance at the beginning of a newborn’s life, Mercedes-Benz Vans are pivotal to the UK’s business infrastructure, as well as the brave and skilled assortment of drivers who staff the entire affair.
The trailblazing advert is shot by highly-commended TV Director Simon Delaney, best known for his work in ITV’s Cold Feet, as well as a wealth of other comedy and drama shows. The advert is supported by the emotive clout of First Aid Kit’s ‘Silver Lining’, a song which perfectly encapsulates lead agency Storycatchers’ original idea; whether you deliver a parcel or a person from your Mercedes-Benz Van, you’re providing a valued – and often unsung – service to the UK.
