Your Service, Your Way: Mercedes-Benz Vans have launched 'My Van Service' for tailored maintenance

Mercedes-Benz Vans UK have launched My Van Service; a seamless and simple way to book services for your commercial vehicles, on your terms.
The online booking tool with five versatile options allows customers to tailor a service around their business needs, resulting in less down time, and therefore less consequence, to business that are constantly on-the-go.
With a choice of slots to pick from their preferred Dealer, customers can pay online via PayPay or SagePay; the option of SMS message reminders on top will also help to keep busy customers organized, especially where multiple vehicles are concerned. In addition, five different service options are on the table, allowing one to specify the most useful kind of appointment.
Drop & Go will allow a customer to drop off their vehicle and collect it at an agreed time; Express offers a pre-defined slot which will see the vehicle serviced immediately; Overnight, which allows the vehicle to be serviced outside of the 9-5 bracket and back on the road by 9am the morning; Don’t Stop, which is essentially Drop & Go with a courtesy vehicle; and We Collect, where the Dealer picks up the van at an agreed time, before dropping it back newly-serviced at a pre-defined time, too.
