The first compact all-electric EQ concept vehicle to be released by the three-pointed star, Mercedes-Benz have provided an exciting glimpse of the future of electric driving.
Laser-fibre lights are characterised by a distinctive spiral-shaped signet, echoing a vision of electrical impulses and underlining the Concept EQA’s instantly-recognisable electric-drive persona.
In addition, two electric motors provide a gutsy output of 200 Kw, alongside permanent all-wheel drive and a choice of programmes to personalise the drive style. Practical enough for the everyday, the Mercedes-Benz Concept EQA provides a range of approximately 400 kilometres, depending on spec; meanwhile, the convenience continues with rapid charging via induction or wallbox, as well as proposed ‘seamless charging’ via public charging stations and ‘Mercedes me’ payment options.
The Mercedes-Benz Concept EQA Show Car is a window to the brand’s next 5 years, whereby more than ten all-electric vehicles are expected to have been released under their marque. The future starts today.
