Available from 24 June 2017, the new MINI Cooper S E Countryman ALL4 delivers impressive efficiency for fleets. Achieving CO2 emissions from 49 g/km1 and a 26-mile electric range, company car drivers can enjoy BIK rates from just 9% plus the possibility of emission-free motoring. The new MINI Countryman plug-in hybrid is eligible for a £2,500 government grant2.
Of course, we’ve made sure that all of these benefits don’t come at the cost of practicality and thanks to the combination of petrol and electric power, this model retains all the performance and handling you’d expect from a MINI.
Advanced braking technology keeps drivers in complete control. By providing predictive collision warnings and even interventions, the road can be a safer place. Think of this intelligent monitoring system as an extra pair of eyes.
Charge your MINI while you sleep. Just plug it into any power socket at home with the standard charging cable that comes with your MINI. Charging time varies between a minimum of two and a maximum of eight hours, depending on the provided voltage of your household power grid and battery levels.
While you’re on the road, you can charge your MINI on public loading facilities with the MINI public charging cable. This cable is available as a MINI original accessory through your MINI Centre.
PLUG-IN HYBRID DRIVING MODES.
The new MINI Cooper S E Countryman ALL4 features three driving modes to best suit the driver and journey type. The default setting, Auto eDrive, determines the most efficient combination of electric motor and petrol engine, while Max eDrive mode turns off the petrol engine completely to enable up to 26 fuel-free miles. Lastly, Save Battery mode uses the petrol engine to charge the battery, so you can save the electric power for when you need it most.
The most important feature in any MINI is you. That's why intelligent driving assist features have the ability to act even before an accident or collision.
STOP. AND GO.
Whether you're parked, starting on a hill or driving in bumper-to-bumper traffic, with the electric parking brake your MINI won’t roll when you don't want it to. Engage or release it at the push of a button.
With MINI’s optional runflat tyres, a puncture won’t result in a blowout. Runflat technology allows you to keep driving on a flat tyre at speeds of up to 50mph so you can get your car home safely. The reinforced side walls are made of a heat-resistant rubber, while special rim geometry stops the pressure-less tyre from slipping off.
Stay ahead of the curve, thanks to MINI's optional Driving Assistant package. The Forward Collision Warning system helps prevent accidents by warning you if the speed difference between your MINI and the traffic ahead is too high, or if the car in front is getting too close. It pre-conditions the brakes for faster response and shorter stopping distances should the need suddenly arise. The City Collision Mitigation system pre-empts sudden changes in urban traffic speed and slows down the car accordingly.
