When travelling in Europe
If your Nissan stops due to a mechanical issue, an accidental mishap, or even something self‑induced—and it can’t be repaired at the roadside or completed on the same day at the dealership—Nissan European Roadside Assistance provides a range of added support to keep your journey on track.
Should your vehicle need more time in the workshop, we can arrange a temporary replacement for up to three working days, or until the repair is finished—whichever comes first.
If your breakdown happens more than 62 miles from home, we can arrange up to three nights of bed‑and‑breakfast accommodation in a three‑star hotel (or equivalent) while your vehicle is being repaired.
If the incident occurs abroad or over 310 miles from home within the same country, and your vehicle cannot be repaired within three working days of reaching the Nissan dealer, Nissan Assistance will organise transport for your vehicle, the driver, all passengers and their luggage back to your home dealership.*

Your Nissan is protected no matter who’s behind the wheel, provided they have your permission and hold a valid driving license.
Nearly all roadside issues can be resolved where you’ve stopped, thanks to our expert patrol teams.
If a repair can’t be completed on the spot, or your vehicle is immobilised after an accident, it will be recovered and taken either to your nearest home dealer (within 62 miles*) or the closest Nissan dealership for repair.

If your electric Nissan runs out of charge, our Pan‑European EV Roadside Assistance ensures you can continue your journey with as little disruption as possible. And just like with our standard cover, your EV is protected regardless of who’s driving—so long as they have your authorisation and the appropriate licence.
