5 year offer: The retail service is for 5 years or 90K miles, whichever occurs first and includes 5 services at a cost to the customer of £999 incl. VAT (£832.50 ex VAT)..
3 year offer: The retail service is for 3 years or 54K miles, whichever occurs first and includes 3 services at a cost to the customer of £599 incl. VAT (£499.17 ex VAT).

The service offer is only available for purchase at any time up to 1 month after car registration, and subject to the vehicle meeting the appropriate conditions. The services must be carried out in the United Kingdom at a Volvo Authorised Repairer by Volvo Approved Technicians at the correct competence level. Services must be carried out in line with manufacturers service schedules as per VIDA (copies of which are available on request), which may be updated from time to time according to manufacturer's instructions. Services should be undertaken in line with the time and mileage intervals specified in the Volvo Service Handbook supplied with the car. The service offer includes parts and labour for all scheduled services. Owners are responsible for topping up the various fluids and coolant including Adblue in between services. Wear and tear items such as brake pads, discs, bulbs, wiper blades, tyres and brake fluid are not included. The service offer is not available on vehicles that have undergone any form of aftermarket unapproved tuning or performance enhancement and excludes all non-scheduled service work and accident damage. The service offer is transferable to subsequent owners of the car but not transferable to another car. No refund is available if the services are not used. Volvo reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time and date.

Terms and Conditions applicable to Volvo Car UK Limited (“VCUK”) Charge Point Offer (“Charge Point Offer”)

1. The Charge Point Offer means a free NewMotion Home Fast Package which includes a charge point and standard residential installation (the “Charge Point”) and is normally priced at £899 however this is reduced to £549 once the Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme (EVHS) grant of up to £350 (including VAT) from the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV) is included (the “EVHS Grant”). This Charge Point Offer is available to new Volvo and Selekt used car customers based on the assumption that: 1.1. you, or your employees (in the event you are a corporate entity), qualify for the full EVHS Grant; 1.2. you are resident, or registered (in the event you are a corporate entity), in mainland England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight or Wales; and 1.3. you meet the following criteria (“Eligibility Criteria”): 1.3.1. you must order a new or Selekt used Volvo plug-in hybrid or pure electric model from participating VCUK Retailer’s between 1st July 2021 and 30th September 2021; 1.3.2. you or your employee who will be driving the purchased Volvo plug-in hybrid or pure electric vehicle (in the event you are a corporate entity) (the “Primary Driver”) must meet all eligibility criteria for the EVHS Grant and NewMotion's Terms & Conditions; and 1.3.3. the Charge Point must be installed at your residential address, or the residential address of the Primary Driver (in the event you are a corporate entity), within 90 days of the registration of your new or Selekt used Volvo plug-in hybrid or pure electric vehicle. 2. In the event you or the Primary Driver (in the event you are a corporate entity) do not qualify for the EVHS Grant, VCUK can still provide you or the Primary Driver (in the event you are a corporate entity) with a Charge Point, but you will be responsible for the contribution normally covered by the EVHS Grant. Please note that the Government may amend or remove the EVHS Grant at any time. 3. This Charge Point Offer is applicable to qualifying customers only and is not applicable to rental or motability customers or VCUK Retailers, partners or other third parties. 4. The Charge Point Offer must be requested from a VCUK Retailer at the time you order a new or Selekt used Volvo plug-in hybrid or pure electric vehicle. In the event you cancel your order of a new or Selekt used Volvo plug-in hybrid vehicle or pure electric after the Charge Point has been installed or breach any of these Terms and Conditions, you will be responsible for the full cost of a Charge Point (excluding the EVHS Grant). 5. The Charge Point is a product of The New Motion EVSE Limited (registered company number 10296832) (“NewMotion”) who are VCUK’s preferred partner of home electric charge points. Once the Charge Point Offer is requested, NewMotion will contact you or the Primary Driver (in the event you are a corporate entity), and subject to the Eligibility Criteria being met, will install the Charge Point. You or the Primary Driver (in the event you are a corporate entity) will be required to enter into a direct contractual relationship with NewMotion for the Charge Point and be responsible for any non-standard or additional installation costs. VCUK does not warrant or accept responsibility for that direct contract with NewMotion or for any losses, injury or damage which arise as a result of the installation or the performance of the Charge Point. 6. In order to access the Charge Point Offer, the supplying VCUK Retailer will be required to transfer your or the Primary Driver’s (in the event you are a corporate entity) personal data to NewMotion. In the event you are a corporate entity, you must obtain consent for such transfer from your employee who will be the Primary Driver before transferring such personal information to the supplying VCUK Retailer. You or the Primary Driver (in the event you are a corporate entity) will be contacted by NewMotion in relation to this Charge Point Offer and installation. 7. VCUK and NewMotion reserve the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Charge Point Offer and/or revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. This Charge Point Offer is non-exchangeable, non-negotiable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. This Charge Point Offer is provided by Volvo Car UK Limited. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and as determined by the courts of England and Wales.
