For New Volvo Cars - For 36 months after the registration date, or until your new vehicle has been driven 60,000 miles – whichever comes first – any component failure attributable to faulty materials or workmanship during manufacture will be rectified free of charge by an authorised Volvo retailer.

The Volvo new car warranty does not in any way affect your statutory rights and gives you remedies, including arbitration in addition to those under any contract of sale. It is also transferable to any subsequent registered owner of the vehicle. Volvo and the relevant authorised Volvo retailer will decide whether to repair or replace the components at their discretion. Any parts that are replaced will be retained by Volvo.

Each will be covered by a minimum of 12 months* warranty (*Note: cinch at Marshall used cars have a 90-Day Warranty) covering the majority of mechanical and electrical items (inclusions and exclusions apply - ask for full details). Dependent on the age of vehicle, many vehicles have the added benefit of any remaining term in the warranty that comes with all new vehicles from the manufacturer - please contact the supplying store for full details/duration.
