If anyone wants to join, all they have to do is go onto their Facebook page and join. Join here

You can then do as little or as many classes as you want to.

Class times are:

Monday- Friday 6-7pm
Saturday 10am
Sunday 4pm

Classes are suitable for everyone and taught by fully qualified instructors and coaches.
