Proven style

As it borrows key elements of its design from the Audi A3 hatchback, it's no surprise that the A3 Cabriolet is a beautiful car to gaze at, yet not at all ostentatious. As well as the soft fabric folding roof and stunningly flowing lines, the three variations of the A3 Cabriolet, the SE, Sport and S Line, also come with alloy wheels in either a 16-inch five-spoke star, 17-inch five-arm, or 18-inch five-parallel spoke design. The latter, available with the S Line trim is finished with a diamond cut.​

​Intuitive interior design

The Audi A3 Cabriolet has all of the quality interior furnishings that you would expect of the high-end German brand, with substantial and padded surfaces mixing effortlessly with subdued edging and panels.

The dashboard continues to implement Audi's current focus on providing all of the important information that a driver could need at a glance or at their fingertips, with steering wheel-mounted controls coming as standard from the entry-level SE trim. The S tronic variation features gear-changing paddles on the steering column.

Performance and handling

Handling is key when buying a cabriolet, and the Audi A3 Cabriolet offers a truly superior driving experience. Dynamic suspension is present across all trim options, whilst the S Line model comes with a set-up that is more focused and geared towards sporty drivers, having been lowered by 15 mm. Regardless of which you pick though, each comes with an Adaptive Magnetic Ride system as an option.

​Safety and comfort

Providing more room than the majority of its direct competitors, the Audi A3 Cabriolet makes seating and accommodating four adults a breeze, no matter how long the journey. All versions of the A3 Cabriolet come with a height-adjustable front passenger seat, whilst access to the rear seats is easy thanks to a simple front seat folding mechanism.

Extra comfort for the driver and front passenger can be gained as part of the S Line and Sport trim models, which include extra-thick side cushions as part of the seats to prevent sliding when cornering.
