Marshall Audi’s dedicated service centres have qualified technicians and trained advisers to assist you in keeping your Audi on the road. We only use genuine Audi parts and OEM tooling and offer every type of service from simple repairs to full servicing.
When should I service my Audi?
There are typically ² two types of service regime available for your Audi (but you should always check with your Audi Centre as exceptions apply) Whichever regime you choose your MMI (Multi-Media Interface) or myAudi account can show you when servicing is due. If you’re using the myAudi or Connect plug and play app, you can be notified automatically when you’re due a service via your smartphone. It can even notify your preferred Audi Centre to get in touch for booking. In addition to oil and inspection servicing and depending on your particular car there are a number of other items that require replacement at specific times or distances such as: air filter, pollen filter, spark plugs, fuel filter, brake fluid, transmission oil.

2. Certain engine variants may have service and oil change schedules with reduced time or distance. Speak to your Audi centre for specific requirements for your vehicle. AUDI AG reserves the right to alter recommended maintenance schedules at its sole discretion.
3. Quotes must be produced in writing using only Audi Genuine Parts. Part numbers and oil specifications must be detailed. We will only price match genuine quotations that are available to any member of the public at the garage’s advertised rates and are free from special offers or negotiated discount. Oils and lubricants must meet or exceed the manufacturers specification for your vehicle. Servicing or repair must be in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines. Quote supplied must come from any VAT registered garage with a UK Standard Industrial Classification (UK SIC) of 45200, maintenance and repair of motor vehicles and within a 15 mile driving distance from the participating Audi Authorised Repairer's premises. Like for like content of quote must be for exactly comparable work – we reserve the right to verify this. Tyre quotes must be fully fitted, including valves, balancing and disposal charges. Tyre must be of identical specification – size, brand, pattern, load, speed rating and manufacturer marking. Tyre quotes from internet retailers are excluded. Quote must be presented within 90 days of original quote being issued and before any work is undertaken. Offer is for Retail customers only. Excludes Fleet servicing, maintenance and repairs, Audi Accessories and Merchandise and Bodyshop work. Excludes AdBlue ® fluid. Offer valid until 31st December 2022, and may be varied or withdrawn at any time.
