Its fastback roofline distinguishes it from the standard Q5, giving it a sportier and more aerodynamic profile. The bold Singleframe grille, with its honeycomb or vertical slats (depending on the trim), dominates the front, flanked by sharp LED or Matrix LED headlights with dynamic turn signals for a modern and aggressive look.

From the side, the Q5 Sportback’s sloping roofline flows seamlessly into the rear, enhancing its coupe-inspired silhouette.
