How do we validate we are getting this right? Every year we give our colleagues the chance to take part in an engagement survey which is then analysed by the Great Place to Work Institute.

The results of each survey are used by our managers to ensure that the ideas and suggestions from our colleagues are used to continually improve our business and the experience for our colleagues and customers.

A significant number of UK companies participate in this programme including Hilton, Cisco, Admiral, EY, TSB, MBNA and Bayer. We are therefore delighted to have achieved a ranking of 21st in the best large UK companies’ category, out of 37 ranked companies.

We have now been named by the Great Place to Work Institute as one of the UK’s Best Large Workplaces for four consecutive years, and it’s now the eighth year in succession that we have achieved Great Place to Work status.
