The Social Media Award acknowledges and rewards the franchised or independent business that delivers the best social media presence in the UK car retailing sector and has successfully used it to engage customers and drive sales.
Marshall were praised for their diverse, distinctive and compelling use of social media highlighting their wealth of innovative in-house generated content and approachable online personality.
Tribute was paid to Marshall’s customer and colleague engagement strategy particularly during lockdown when their social media content was reengineered into two distinctive strands - #MarshallAtWork and #MarshallAtHome – which kept their followers up-to-date with the latest news and human interest stories.
These two areas tied in perfectly with the group’s pandemic linked mantra of “Stay safe. Stay positive. Stay Marshall”.
