We are back and bigger than before! On Sunday 19th May, Marshall SKODA Oxford are showcasing a variety of our award-winning vehicles at Bike Oxford.
Better still, a group of Marshall SKODA colleagues are participating this year! Look out for the bright green cycling jerseys (hopefully not right at the back!)
Starting at Oxford University Rugby Club, near to the historic city centre, Bike Oxford takes a short route around the colleges before heading into the Cotswold countryside, providing spectacular scenery for riders. The sportive which will be celebrating its 6th anniversary in 2019 champions local produce and includes rides of 25, 50 and 80 miles.
Back in 1895, ŠKODA was born – but not quite as we know it. The first creation from company founders Klement and Laurin was in fact a bicycle called the ‘Slavia’; although ŠKODA moved on to produce some of the world’s favourite automobiles, the brand has never forgotten its heritage. To this day, ŠKODA are dedicated to helping cyclists enjoy their sport, all over the globe.
If your there on the day pop over and say hello (or have a snooze in the back of our vehicles on display!) we would love to share our passion for our cycling heritage with you!
