Our warranty is designed to provide coverage for repairing or replacing the covered components that have experienced an electrical or mechanical failure during the coverage period, excluding the no-claim period.
Please note that if your vehicle's previous Škoda UK or Škoda Financial Services warranty has expired for more than 30 days, you will not be able to make a claim within the first 30 days of your All-in Warranty. Additionally, the warranty does not cover any vehicle that is already covered by another guarantee, insurance policy, warranty, or gesture of goodwill.
In accordance with the law, vehicles that are 3 years and older must undergo an annual MOT test to ensure that they meet the minimum road safety standards. Please note that for customers in Northern Ireland, this product includes 2 MOT pre-checks and MOTs. It's important to note that any repair work needed as a result of an MOT failure is not covered under this product.
Roadside assistance – we’ll attend to the customer’s car at the roadside anywhere in the UK
Vehicle recovery – includes delivery of the vehicle to any UK destination
Home assistance – assistance if a customer has broken down at home
Onward travel– in the event of recovery following a breakdown, where the vehicle cannot be repaired within a reasonable time, we may in our absolute discretion organise and cover the costs of one of the following – car hire for up to 48 hours, overnight accommodation or alternative transport for the customer and up to 7 passengers
European assistance– includes cover across the continent, English speaking incident managers and transportation back to the UK if necessary
