Throughout the process we’ll keep you updated throughout the repair and provide a thorough handover to explain the work we have carried out. Upon completion, you will also get an opportunity to tell us how you think we did via a customer experience survey.
Your opinion is really important to both us and to Volkswagen and we would love to hear your thoughts on our service. Volkswagen will send a short customer survey invitation to you by email and we would be most grateful if you would complete this for us. You should receive the invitation a few days after your vehicle is returned to you so please watch out for it in your email inbox, also please check your spam/junk folder just in case it’s in there.
