An opportunity exists to join our busy Aftersales team as a Warranty Administrator.
The role is to ensure the efficient processing of all aspects of warranty administration, including warranty claims, documentation, returns and audits. This is very hands-on role and the person appointed will need to have excellent administration skills and be able to provide outstanding customer service. You must have excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills. It is essential you have good attention to detail, be flexible and be able to comply with all company and manufacturer's disciplines and procedures.
