AFC Bournemouth to revamp Vitality Stadium dugouts alongside Marshall BMW

AFC Bournemouth are set to have a dugout revamp at Vitality Stadium which will be completed prior to the Liverpool game in December.

The dugout will have brand new seats for the first team staff and substitutes of both clubs, which will be supplied and sponsored by Marshall BMW.

Marshall BMW, formerly known as Ridgeway BMW, were acquired by Marshall Motors Holdings plc in May of this year, hence the new name for the company.

Their staff, standards and values remain the same but Darren Chatterley, head of business at Marshall BMW, is excited to provide a new positive change for Vitality Stadium.

“Marshall Bournemouth BMW and the Marshall Motor Group are proud to be the Official Car Partner of AFC Bournemouth and is delighted to be associated with our local team,” he said.

“We are a performance-orientated and innovative brand so there is no better fit than with a sport that continually captures the imagination and loyal following of its local community.

“The branding on the home and away dugout seats will give the Marshall and BMW brands huge exposure to a local and wider TV audience. We greatly look forward to our continued involvement at the Vitality Stadium and working closely with the club to provide AFC Bournemouth’s loyal fans with some fantastic exclusive offers and promotions throughout the season.”

AFC Bournemouth’s commercial director Rob Mitchell added: “We’ve been in partnership with Marshall BMW since the 2013/14 season so we’re pleased they’ll gain plenty of exposure with sponsoring the seats.

“We’d also like to thank them for supplying the new dugout seats and while it may only be a minor change in the stadium, we feel it’s a great addition and one I’m sure Eddie and the squad will appreciate!”
