The BMW 740e and 740Le’s four-cylinder petrol engine is harmonised with an electric motor, generating a total output of 325hp; this staunch power, created from cutting-edge xDRIVE technology, can support permanent all-wheel drive, even when running entirely in electric mode. In addition, the engine is seamlessly green, with 29 miles of emission-free driving offered in the 740e.
