Available from all Transit Centres and Transit Service dealers, Ford Transit24 is Ford’s Commercial Vehicle Service Promise, designed to minimise downtime, inconvenience and expense. The size of the network means you’re never too far from a specialised workshop. In fact, 95% of the UK is no further than 45 minutes from a Transit Centre or Transit Service location. This dedicated CV network have all the specialised equipment, tools and training to handle all aspects of CV service, maintenance and repairs, including warranty work.
Ford Mobile Service
To maximise productivity, it’s vital to minimise downtime. Ford Mobile Service is designed to do exactly that, bringing Ford's Service experience and expertise direct to your door.
Available at participating dealers.
All sites are open as a minimum Monday to Friday 7:30am to 6:30pm, and Saturday 8:00am until 1:00pm.
Late night service appointments are also available. This means you can drop-off your vehicle by 4:00pm and it will be available by 10:00am the following morning.
Bookings can be made online and we aim to provide you with an appointment within the next three working days.
To help users of ‘1-Link’, online service booking requests will be responded to within 20 minutes.
Book a scheduled service at a Transit Centre and you can either relax or work while your vehicle’s being serviced. That’s because you’ll be able to enjoy free coffee and Wi-Fi while you wait.
Unscheduled and Urgent Repairs
When your Commercial Vehicle isn’t working, neither are you. So our priority is to get you back on the road as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Initial diagnosis on urgent (vehicle off-road) repairs is carried out and parts ordered (if required) within two hours of arrival.
We aim to complete most repairs the same working day (as long as the vehicle arrives before 3.00pm) or within 24 hours of arrival. If parts have to be ordered-in, we will begin work on the day they’re delivered.
To keep you mobile at all times, we can provide alternative transport, and we'll also ensure there is dedicated commercial vehicle parking.
Collection and delivery
This takes place on appointment and within a reasonable travelling time (for an additional cost, or free within 30 minutes drive time). We even wash your vehicle so that it looks its best.

Maximum recommended pricing for fleets with over 25 vehicles ensures you get the best price for routine services and fixed content jobs.
MOTs and more
MOTs (including Class 4, 5 and 7 tests), tachograph servicing and speed limiting (VOSA approved).
