The Mercedes me connect Concierge Service is just like having a personal assistant, who you can ask almost anything.Perhaps you’re in a new city and want to find out the best restaurants in the area, or maybe you need to book a hotel room last minute.

With one click of a button, your Concierge will take care of everything. Even when you’re not in your car, you can still use this feature via the app on your smartphone.

No more searching through your phone. Just ask, and your car will do it for you. You can also save your favourite lighting colour, seat position and radio station to your personal profile so your car is just how you like it. Over time, your car will get to know what you like and even make tailored suggestions to you, so you can sit back and relax while your car does the work.

What is Mercedes me?

• Mercedes me is a range of innovative online services designed to enhance your Mercedes-Benz experience. Accessible via mobile, tablet or PC, Mercedes me lets you enjoy the highest standards of care and support, in a way that integrates seamlessly with your busy lifestyle.

How do I know if my car is me connect capable?

• Please contact your local Retailer and provide them with your registration number. If your car was built in 2018 onwards, then it will be Mercedes me connect capable.

How do I register for Mercedes me connect?

• You can register via the Mercedes me Portal or the Mercedes me app. To fully complete your registration, you will then be sent a verification email with a link for you to follow. If you don’t follow the link within 30 days of receiving the email, your account will be deleted and you will need to start the registration process again.

I have registered for Mercedes me and added my car on the portal, is there anything else I need to do?

• After following the link in the verification email and completing your registration, you must either visit your local Mercedes-Benz Retailer, or perform the WebID check via the Mercedes me app, to activate me connect services on your car. You must provide current photo ID and proof of vehicle ownership to get the account fully activated.

Am I able to give somebody else access to the Mercedes me connect services on my car?

• Yes, you can assign a co-user who can share the car's Mercedes me connect services as long as they already have an active Mercedes me account. To assign a co-user, you’ll need to log-in to the Mercedes me Portal on your web browser, select the car and click ‘Manage co-users’.
