Further to a strategic review of Marshall Motor Group’s Audi representation in Kent, effective Monday 31 March 2025, Audi Approved Ashford will close. Its sales, service and parts operations, including the customer base will transfer to nearby Marshall Audi stores in Canterbury, Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells.
The decision to close our Ashford store was made with the full support and approval of Audi UK Limited. Marshall Audi stores in Canterbury, Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells, Bexley, Coulsdon, South East London, Wimbledon, Oxford, Newbury, Exeter, Plymouth and Taunton are unaffected. If you have a valid Audi Manufacturer’s Warranty - the warranty is covered at all Audi network retailers.

you have downloaded the MyAudi App please update your preferred authorised
workshop to one of the above mentioned stores. Set service scheduling to
"on" and the team at you chosen store will be able to support your
future motoring needs.
